Very pretty detachable collar in white cutwork lace. Sweet little golden button in front that looks like it was added later. There are no closures, so this can be sewn on a dress or blouse, or used as a standalone if you'd like to add a snap or something, maybe some ribbon to lengthen it.. No label. Neck opening measures 15" all round at longest points. Looks and feels like linen and cotton. I'm unsure of the era on this but my guess is sometime mid century. I don't believe it is any older than that though it would certainly work for a Victorian or Edwardian look.
